Mission of the Rick Lozano Precinct 5 Campaign is to provide the best service possible to our community. We will work hard to uphold the core values for what our citizens expect of us at all times.  As your Constable, I will establish positive working relations with fellow agencies to improve public safety and awareness in order to make our area a better place to live.

 

Deputy Constables will ensure that all civil processes is served in a diligent manner to maintain and build trust.  We will develop and implement programs that strengthen our economy by providing valuable resources for our local businesses to assist in their success.

 

The vision of this campaign is to maintain an operation with the best interest of all the citizens of Dallas County, Precinct 5 and operate as effective stewards of the taxpayers dollars.

 

GOALS

• Develop programs that educate our citizens in areas of personal safety and awareness

• Make Precinct 5 an office that citizens can trust and depend on

• Provide an expedited service to all the courts, attorneys, and business

• Maintain an agency that strives on an open door policy

• Advanced training for deputies, they will be required to attend advanced law enforcement training that will enhance their response in performance of duties.
